Q When will my order arrive?
A Please allow 7-14 days for delivery after placing your order.
WooStore products are directly ordered one by one from Korean brands and delivered to you. We take this long because we secure the products locally, inspect them, and then ship them. This is how we can offer items that are not yet widely available in Japan at prices close to those in Korea. We appreciate your patience and hope you look forward to your delivery.
※The number of days is calculated from the "payment completion date," not the "order date."
※If you order multiple items, they will all be shipped together once everything is ready.
※Delivery times may vary during long holiday periods or due to weather and logistics conditions.
Q Which delivery company do you use?
A We deliver with Sagawa Express. We do not accept specific delivery company requests.
Q Are there any additional charges besides the displayed price? Is there a shipping fee?
A The displayed prices include tax. Shipping fees are as follows:
- Nationwide, excluding Okinawa Prefecture: 1,000 yen (free shipping for purchases over 10,000 yen)
- Okinawa Prefecture: 3,000 yen flat rate (not eligible for free shipping, regardless of order amount)
We do not ship overseas.
Q What payment methods can I use?
A The following payment methods are available:
- Credit card
- PayPal
- Paidy (post-payment)
- KOMOJU (convenience store cash payment)
Q How do I choose the right size?
A Since our products are directly imported from Korean brands, the sizing standards vary by brand. Please choose based on the "actual measurements" provided on the product page.
We have compiled information on how to read measurements, understand "FREESIZE" labels, and compare with your own clothes in "How to Choose Your Size." Please refer to it before making a purchase.
We also accept individual consultations. The more specific your questions are, such as "I'm XX cm tall, what size should I choose?", the more accurately we can answer, so please feel free to contact us if you are unsure.
Q I want to change the shipping address.
A Please contact customer service (woostore.official@gmail.com). We will process the change.
※If you contact us after shipping arrangements have been made, additional shipping fees may apply.
※We do not accept changes to products, colors, sizes, or cancellations of orders.
Q I want to confirm if my order has been placed.
A Please check your email, or if you have an account, you can check under "Menu" → "Login" → "Order History."
Q I received an out-of-stock email after confirming my order.
A As we receive orders simultaneously from many customers, it is rare but possible that an item may sell out due to a slight time lag after you place your order, making it unavailable for delivery. Additionally, unexpected product defects may be discovered during shipping, and a replacement may not be available. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Q I couldn't receive my package due to long-term absence. What should I do?
A If the delivery company's holding period (1 week from the initial delivery date) expires, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, we cannot reship the item, so please ensure you can receive your order reliably before placing it.
※Please note that if the package is returned, shipping costs from the delivery location to our company will also be incurred. (In such cases, the customer will be responsible for these shipping costs.)
Q A defective product arrived, and I want to return it.
A Please contact customer support (woostore.official@gmail.com) within 5 days of receiving the product.
When contacting us, please include an image clearly showing the defective area and your order number. Your order number can be found in the email sent to you on the day you placed your order.
If there is a defective product or product flaw, we will bear all costs associated with the return. After contacting us, please send the item back using cash on delivery. We do not charge a return fee.
【Return/Exchange Conditions】
・Contact us within 5 days of product arrival
・Item must be tagged and unused
・No stains or perfume residue, etc.
※Please make sure to contact us first, as we may not be able to accept returns if sent back without prior notification.
Q When and how much will I be refunded?
A We will refund the full product price. There are no return fees or deductions.
It takes 3-7 business days (excluding peak seasons) from the time the product is returned to us until the return process is completed, and up to 10 additional days until the refund is finalized. The refund method varies depending on your payment method, and we will inform you via the email you provided.
※If you used convenience store payment (KOMOJU), you will need to provide your bank account number for the refund.
Q I received a different product from what I ordered.
A Please contact woostore.official@gmail.com within 7 days of product arrival, clearly stating your order number. Our staff will confirm and arrange for an exchange. We will cover the shipping costs for the exchanged item.
Q I want to return or exchange an item.
A We sincerely apologize, but we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, except in cases of defective products or incorrect shipments. Differences in image or size are not eligible for returns.

Q About product colors and designs
A Product images are posted as close to the actual product as possible. Please confirm the color and design by checking the images on the product page.

A Product prices may change without prior notice. We cannot respond to inquiries regarding price changes.
Q I would like a receipt or delivery note.
A We do not include receipts or delivery notes with standard orders.
