Q. When will my order arrive?

A. During normal periods, excluding consecutive holidays, orders are generally shipped within 5 days of payment completion. For pre-order items, they will be shipped approximately two weeks after arrival.

*The number of days is calculated from the "payment completion date," not the "order date."
*We will ship within a maximum of "30 business days from payment completion in principle."
*If you order multiple items, they will all be shipped together.

*The delivery date for pre-order items is an estimate only, and may vary depending on logistics. Please be aware of this in advance.

Q. Are there any charges in addition to the displayed price? Is there a shipping fee?

A. The displayed price includes tax. For domestic shipping in Japan, orders of ¥10,000 or more are free, and orders under ¥10,000 will incur a shipping fee of ¥1,000.

Q. I want to confirm if my order was placed.

A. Please check your email, or if you have an account, you can check your order status from "Menu" → "Login" → "Order History."

Q. I received an out-of-stock email after my order was confirmed.

A. Due to the large number of customers placing orders simultaneously, it is rare but possible that an item may sell out due to a slight time lag after your order is placed, making it impossible to deliver.

Additionally, unexpected product defects may be discovered during shipping, and there may be cases where replacement stock is not available.

Q. I was unable to receive my package due to a long absence. What should I do?

A. If the delivery company's holding period (one week from the first delivery attempt) has passed, the package will be returned to us. In this case, we cannot re-ship, so please ensure that you can reliably receive the package before placing your order.

Q. I received a defective product and want to return it.

A. Please contact customer support at woostore.official@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the product.

When contacting us, please include an image of the defective part and your order number.

For your order number, please check the email sent to you on the day of your order.

Q. I want to return or exchange an item.

A. We sincerely apologize, but we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, except for defective products or incorrect deliveries.
