I have high arches and wide feet. I usually wear a size 28.0cm for my Nike AF1. I am wearing a CONVERSE CT70 28.5cm. I wore a 28cm and the opening was a little tight but it fit perfectly. If you are unsure, I recommend choosing a half size smaller.
