WooStore has official contracts with Korean brands. Prices are local prices, and customs duties are included in the displayed price. Delivery is by Sagawa Express domestic shipping, so you can receive your order without the concerns of international mail order.
Delivery Process (Visualized)
- Immediately after ordering: Our store places an immediate order with the brand.
- Within 3 business days: Brand ships to the Korean warehouse.
- Approximately 4 days later: All items clear customs and are delivered in bulk to Japan CS (customs duties included in the price).
- Japan CS: Each order undergoes a full inspection → carefully packaged.
- Domestic shipping: Sagawa Express with tracking / arrives 1-3 days after shipment.
Estimated arrival: Approximately 7-12 days from the order. This may vary depending on holidays, weather, and customs clearance status.

- No additional charges: Customs duties and clearance fees are included in the product price. No unexpected costs upon receipt.
- Official channels only: Official shipments directly from the brand. No worries about counterfeit products or parallel import issues.
- Domestic inspection: Size and quality are finally checked at our Japan CS.
- Combined shipping: Multiple items are delivered in one package (for urgent items, separate orders are recommended).
- Japanese support: We provide shipping status updates and promptly handle any issues in Japanese. Tracking numbers will also be provided.
