Shipping Information
Shipping Methods
After confirming your order, your items will be delivered by Sagawa Express. We are unable to accommodate requests for specific shipping carriers.
Since WooStore products are directly sourced one by one from brands in Korea, please allow approximately 7 to 14 days from order to delivery.
Shipping Fees
- Nationwide, excluding Okinawa: ¥1,000 (Free shipping for orders over ¥10,000)
- Okinawa Prefecture: Flat rate of ¥3,000 (Not eligible for free shipping regardless of order amount)
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Delivery is limited to within Japan only.
Sorry, we do not ship overseas. We deliver within Japan only.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order begins packing, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your shipping information and a link to track your online order status. Please note that it may take a few days for tracking information to be uploaded. You can also track your order by logging into your account and checking "Order History."
Changing Your Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer service at woostore.official@gmail.com. We will process the change. However, if you contact us after shipping arrangements have been made, additional shipping fees may apply. Please note that we cannot change products, colors, sizes, or cancel orders.
Undeliverable Items
If an item cannot be delivered according to your selected shipping option, it will automatically be returned to us. Please be aware that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and the cost of reshipping the item.
