About delivery method

Domestic standard shipping (Free shipping for purchases over ¥10,000 / Standard products delivered in 1-3 days, pre-order products delivered in 7-14 days)
After confirming your order, the product will be delivered by Yamato Transport.

Tracking your order

Once your order is packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please allow a few days for tracking information to upload. You can also log into My Account and track your order under "Order History".

About delivery destination

If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact customer support as soon as possible. However, please note that if you change the address after the order has been confirmed, additional shipping charges may apply.

Regarding items that could not be delivered

If your item cannot be delivered according to your selected delivery option, it will be automatically returned to us.

About international shipping

Overseas shipping will be sent via JAPAN POST.

There is a tracking service.

Free shipping does not apply.

Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates as the product will be exported after import.

If customs duties are required, they will be borne by the customer. Tax rates vary by country. Please check before placing your order.
